Hello,
Can anyone help me with HUD not working on ipoker.
I have win8 and when I join table(speed poker or normal)on the upper left I can see HEM2 saying "Waiting for hands" and HUD doesn't start no matter what I try. Import is set up and everything in the HEM2.
What do I do?? :((

Have you tried to run the client as an administrator? I know that this is neccesary if you want to play speed poker tables. Try to run hm2 as admin while you're at it.
Thanks, I did it but the problem was I had to reinstall poker client and Antivirus and then finally the HUD appeared. Sent an email to HEM support and they said to try many things but not to reinstall poker client which just maybe did the trick:)

Could somebody please help. I am having the same problem. The hud is not showing up. The only thing it displays is waiting for hands. I seem to be having tried everything, run everything as admin, reinstall the software but no success

If that does not solve the problem, reply with details.
Also check that you are running as admin, check that your firewall is not blocking HM2 and check that your Hand Histories are being saved in English.
