Your betsize seems very low. 216 into a 528 pot is just begging for callers. With so many draws out there you have to bet more if you want to protect your hand. Any heart, Q, K, A, 3 or T is going to give you nightmares if they show up on the turn.
If you're scared of the 2 blinds calling just check behind. To me this screams "I should cbet but if one of you has a jack and raises me, I want to fold and not lose a lot of money". Same thing on the turn. I would call you twice and bet that river with total air if any club, heart, straight or overcard came, knowing you most likely have a weak hand at that point and that you'll fold to any decent sized bet. You're telegraphing your hand here.

I think we can assume a 35% passive player doesnt pick up on this and probably calls you down with A7 or A8, perhaps even AJ considering he doesnt like raising.
Either way, the fold on the river is pretty obvious.

Nice hand, i like flop bet, i'd have gone for 50% on turn. River always has you beat there when ace comes and straight completed on turn. So nice fold.
