Checkraising river vs fish w Top2 in NL deep

Since he min bets OTF I would almost never expect villain to have a strong made hade OTF , probably pairs < TP. OTT he can have plenty of AX and draws so I like the lead out and the sizing.

OTR: so our options here are:
1) bet/call
2) bet/3b
3) x/c
4) x/raise

I'm excluding folding here b/c:
1) I think that's pretty mental the way the hand has played out.
2) villain limped pre and min bet the flop which indicates that he's probably a recreational player.
3) all draws bricked

So it's between betting or checking here, so our decision here IMO is: do we think villains range contains more draws than 1pr hands and will he bluff missed draws and or 1pr hands often or just go to showdown?

or

do we think villain's range contains more 1pr hands and he will check behind more often, so we should bet oursleves?

Since villain has already shown himself to be rather passive then, without further reads, I would be inclined to bet myself with the intention of bet/calling or bet/3b'ing. I think either would be fine the way the hand has played out and I think he would probably be bad enough to stack off with TP or many worse 2prs.

As played, since he is unknown and could well stack of with TP and weaker 2pr's IMO I think x/c or x/raise is fine, but if I x/raise I may go with a smaller size to ensure I value in villains weaker TP hands but since he seems like a fish then I doubt it matters too much.

Bet/Fold river. You are not getting raised on this runout as a bluff, like ever :f_cool:. Bet/3b is massive overplay, and even bet/call is a bit optimistic. When a passive fish raises river that should set off massive alarm bells (even his river bet is concerning, and I think check/raising is a bit thin).

I don't like to check the river because he will have too many one pair hands that will take the free showdown hoping to win.
