I always struggle to fold AA's

Yeah this should be a pretty easy fold. River bet is a little thin but at nl2 a lot of guys will call you with worse. But when you get raised on the river AA is never good. AA is just a bluffcatcher in a spot where he probably is never bluffing.

Treat river raises with a ton of respect and that will save you a lot of money in the long run.

Also be aware that the relative hand strength goes down in multiway pots. You need a much stronger hand to call down (or bet) 3 streets in a 4 way pot than you would 1 on 1 (heads up pot), so when he calls 3x and jams you can easily toss the aces.

First of all I think you should bet bigger on the flop, here you are betting 1/3 of the pot and it is really bad because you are not getting enough value from hands you are beating and giving the right price for draws to call.
I don't feel like calculating pot size on the turn but I guess the bet is fine for pot control, could even bet bigger (around half pot) to get value from low pocket pairs and some draws if there still are any.
On the river it gets really bad. You decide to bet, which is OK by me, even the size this time. But then you get raised. And now think about it for a minute. 5 people saw the flop. All you did was raise preflop and then bet 3 times, and now you get raised on the river, to me this screams power, and all you have now is just 2pair, AA55T. I think you are never getting raised here by a worse hand, ever.

Remember to think about the whole hand in general, what can your opponent have and what are you beating. Don't just call on the river because you have pocket aces and they look cool without the board.

With hardly any information on the other players was the Pre-Flop 3BET OK, or should I be betting say x4-x5 there? And on the flop how much should I usually be betting for value there?

In my head I was imagining/hoping for him to have high pocket pairs or hopefully a missed flush draw and my tunnel vision got majorly in the way of me, But I know its no excuse and I'll be taking everything you've said on board.

A 3bet is another name for re-raise, not a bet of 3bb. And yeah its fine to raise that size, its pretty standard open raise size.

Just again I will repeat it because its really important. If someone raises you on the river at microstakes they have a monster hand almost always and you can gain an edge by folding big hands in these spots (because your opponents also probably won't fold AA here either, this is how you gain an edge on them since they make a mistake that you don't)

Hahaha Jesus well that would explain why I've always thought my HUD 3bet stats were wrong, such a moron!

If you're playing fast/fold variants then I think it is a must, even for beginners. I would just say focus on using it to categorize players from VPIP / PFR to begin with. Keep it simple.

Just develop a solid game plan and play your own game. Recognize what players are doing and color mark them accordingly, then adjust.
No need to try and be a robot.

I tried to go without a HUD after my trial ran out but I felt naked even if I was only using it for a month, I try and not rely on it to much though it comes in pretty handy sometimes.

Heres My 6 Max Cash and Regular Sit and Go HUD at the moment

#Hands, VPIP, PFR
Limp%, AG
3BET, F3BET, 3BET Premium
Steal, Fold Steal
C-BET flop/turn/river
Fold C-BET flop/turn/river

I might tone it down tonight to only show VPIP, PFR and maybe Limp, AG, Steal, F -steal? Anyone have any recommendations on things I should get rid of or add to it?

Well if you're already familiar with a HUD then I would say that your setup there seems fine. Personally I like to have their WTSD as well but other than that...

like I said I don't think its necessary at regular tables to have a hud b/c you can build up reads and dynamic more effectively by just watching player and taking notes but for fast/fold variants I think it is more beneficial, however as Confidant91 proves it isn't neccessary to be successful.
