This very weak loose player. And that is the reason why i call the 3-bet PFL.
On the flop i checked because i hope that he will bet, and on the turn with A i think i could not call.
What is your opinion about the hand ?

You have only 2 hands on him. So difficult to say he’s weak loose player or he made strange moves in his first hand he played, but I fold pre-flop on his big 3 bet. Is not a hand I like to play OOP (out of position) with and your most likely behind his 3 bet range.
As played I fold to on his almost pot size bet with only a bluff catcher.

Cheers,
