good player-that can make good decisions and a few mistakes.
really good player-almost no mistakes a few fancy moves.

Impossible to answer imo.
It very much depends on the exact skillset of each player.
In general the ROI in mtsng's is quite low for the most part.
Top players can expect between 5 and 20% ROI depending on the format.
Being an "ok-player" might not even be sufficient to play them +EV.
At the same time a comparison of ROI's doesn't make much sense anyways. You should rather focus on the possible hourly.
