BB 33/29 AF:2 22h.

OTF IMO I must cb( not sure about sizing), I can make him fold AQ/AJ/KQ ( I think he should flat some of these hands, maybe he can c w AK, because we are a deeper) + I have some equity vs his TT-JJ.

OTT if I shove IMO he should fold his draws like AcJc/AcQc/KcQc and he might fold TT-JJ. But giving up looks good too.

How would you play?

First of all, we need more information then just VPIP, PFR to analyze this hand. Then I would ask you why you opted to 4bet KToff.
As played Flop Cbet is fine to try to fold out his broadways which are air but have you beat, and I don't agree with your assumption that villain will fold draws with overcards and especially overpairs and you shouldn't be trying to fold out those type of hands anyway, generally speaking. With some reads, Turn can be a shove, if villain is stubborn OTF and floats a lot, in this case maybe AK/AQ with one club, but maybe a better play is to check back and try to realize your equity and get value if u hit the straight or a K, otherwise probably just give. You can also bluff on some cards, like the A♣: or A♦: but I'm not sure how well that would work. Basically, I think I would try and realize my equity and just give up.
