What is your question here? If the push on the river is fine?
Imho if in that spot you didn't hold the Nut+2nd Nut cards for the flush,it may be ok. But think how scary it is for vilain to pay with Js, when K and Q are not in him...and the T is on the board too...
I think you should try to extract value from the low spades with a smaller bet.

Cbet bigger on the flop but as played why ship that river?

You have BOTH the nut flush and second nut flush so isn't it way too optimistic to get called by 3rd flush or worse VS a shove?

Bet smaller.
