Normally he has J I think, but this player is unknown and I like the call-down

extra question: if all stats where on a big samplesize, can we fold this preflop?

Give us an example of stats.

These stats are incomplete (Button player ) and I cannot understand nothing on 11 hands only

BBvssteal and AF doesn't really matter, no?
say 40 and 1.5

I would have all stats to read, not only AF and Steal Blinds %
However I think you always have to call for 13.5 : 1

I got fooled by MP3 as you did danielasso. (I guess at least.)
Hero has only the otpion to coldcall two bet or to cap.
We will probably get 21 (1SB, 1BB, 3BB each from MP3, CO and BU):5 preflop = ~4:1. With that we can call for setvalue. I think 4:1 is the lowest we should coldcall here.

A cap however should be better. We might get the other out of the pot and TT plays very well HU.
You will be beat very often but the pot is to big to fold.
