yeah that's the "balancing" argument, let's not fold 4bet/fold KK to protect our 4betting range because otherwise we are too bluffheavy and should be 5bet bluffed all the time.

however, from a microstakes exploit perspective, seriously do you ever see 5bet bluffs in this spot in nl10? they won't ever have the sample to know if your range is bluffheavy here and, even if they do, they won't necessarily know the correct adjustment and, even if they do, they won't have the balls to do the correct adjustment of widening the 5bet bluffs.
also, if we assume that the guy might 3bet AK/QQ but not 5bet them (a fair assumption for a lot of opponents), 4bet/folding actually is interesting. but i don't wanna go into that and if 4bet/folding KK makes you sick then just don't 4bet in the first place
