It's worth noting he has a very high fold to turn barrel stat though so it'd likely still be fine to cbet with the intention of barreling majority of turn cards. X/f is fine though.

Can you compare it with Alleen's? I see the picture, but it seems to me Alleen's Ms Excel tool is better

I've got two question regarding "anti rake strategy":
Apart from dropping marginal 3bets, what are the other adjustments when battling the rake at the micros?
Like less CBets maybe? Or playing draws passively more often then aggressively (less semi bluffing)?
And what should be my flop , turn and river Agg stats? 
Its possible use this strategy for full ring? and from which level?
What i need consider for adapt this strategy for full ring?

I've got one more question regarding episode about CBetting:
According to the general plan, we should check back all of our garbage hands on the Flop inposition. Does this still apply if there is a dream Flop for a CBet bluff?
In other words - if the Flop is really good for a CBet bluff, do we still need any kind of actual improving equity to CBet bluff?
Can we not CBet bluff with fresh air sometimes?
