I have a few suggestions for you if you are looking for players in a specific area.
First, check out the https://forums.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?threadid=321631&page=1 to see other members in your area - add yourself too while you are there!
Second, there is a thread specifically for this type of thing - it's called the International Meeting Place!
