Villian is a unk fish here.

Raise flop or turn here for value from draws, weaker Ax?
Bet river larger size when villian checks here. (draws are no longer calling)

After thinking I prefer raise flop and bet turn, then a smaller river bet should be fine. Thoughts?

yeah, you should raise/bet/bet.

OTR only with AK and maybe AQ I would shove for value.
