what is your question? What are your reads on villain?

You could argue for slightly bigger betsize flop+turn to make an easy allin on the river when a good card comes.
Actually about the bet/fold on the river - what are your reasons to do this? This can imho only be an exploit as you get too good odds to normally fold. It would mean that villain would ONLY raise flushes, nothing else.

I would make it pot size otf and pot size ott and easy push for the rest on the river.

Yeah, totally missed value on flop and turn.
Played like this, you are up against a flush and have to fold.
