As promised, this is the text of the Netbet customer service department's reply to my query about migration issues. Thiese issues are still substantially unresolved, as you can see from my latest note to them, sent a little earlier this evening.
I write further to your response of 23rd September to my customer service query. The original query is copied for convenience immediately below this passage. I have let a little time pass, to see how far things would settle down of their own accord. I cannot be expected to be happy with the situation I find myself in.
My affiliate points started getting credited not long after you wrote. However, the cash/points issues are still open.
# Has the cash value of my 770 points been preserved?
# At what rate am I earning cash bonuses for my activity on Netbet?
#Is that rate the same as the rate offered on 770? If the rate is different, please explain the differences.
Before writing this present note, I checked with your main website and found that you have still not established any system of cash, or other, VIP rewards. I find this situation acutely disturbing. It calls for frank and detailed comment from you, since very nearly two full months have passed since the forced migration from 770.
As previously, I am copying this note to Poker Strategy Support, and am copying this correspondence on the Poker Strategy Netbet forum.
Yours sincerely,
xxxxxxxxx.
Original query:
To Netbet Poker support.
Copy for the information of Poker Strategy support.
Dear Sirs:
I am concerned about continuing migration issues that have arisen since we were compulsorily moved from Poker770.
1] My points earned are not being credited to my Poker Strategy affiliate account.
2] The structure and value of my Netbet points is undetermined.
a] My cashier balance simultaneously shows me with two different player points totals - 98,880.74 Netbet points and 48219 shop points.
Is one of these entries a mistake and, if not, what is the difference between the two types of points?
b] Your website contains no information about the cash, or other, value of my points. Given the length of time since the forced migration, and given that the points had a certain value back on 770, I find this state of affairs uncomfortable.
I am posting this inquiry, and any reply received, on the Netbet thread in our forum.
Yours sincerely,
'xxxxxxxxx'.
