I flop a King high flush with a caller who's passive until a possible Full House. Advice?

Firstly I would say your flop bet is a little small, just a third of the pot.
About the lay down. Only reasonable hands beating you are QQ, 1010 or Q10.
QQ is very unlikely because I think he should have raised you on the flop, 1010 is unlikely as well because those would be the only two 10's left in the deck.
Q10 is possible, but i think he's not gonna have that very often as he could have a lot of A10, K10 kinda hands, J10s maybe.
Of course a couple of times he's gonna have a FH but i think your call would be profitable in terms of EV.
I think he has hit his third 10 and therefore raising.
