All the stats you have on him are about his preflop play, though there's no denying his stats are very fishy, they don't nessecarily say anything about how loose he is playing postflop, as a matter of fact quite a lot of guys with this kind of stats will be playing fit-or-fold post flop imo. Villain doesn't have much of a clue what he's doing, I agree on that. Assigning him a range of 'all possible combinations' wouldn't be a smart thing to do however, especially after he's obviously showing interest in the pot post flop.

Did you try to plan ahead this hand on the flop, and was your plan to go all in? If so- well done. I don't think I would be entirely comfortable calling this river, as AQ on this board really isn't that strong. Don't think we can fold either against these odds. Leave out the hand outcome next time, so people aren't distracted by the outcome.

Turn raise is way too small if you think his range is wide, we are missing a lot of value with half pot.
