Should I just call river on a paired board, is there value in my raise, but I am still beating some part of his shove range on river?

you have 2nd nuts dont see any reason to fold here unless you have a very strong read.

Do we need to raise the river?

44 66 99 55 and sometimes 45 46.. far from second nuts. Considering his stats: (44) 66 55 99 still

About the hand:
What do you expect him to potbet and raise w/ ?
If he's weak imo it's a bet fold .. he's not doing this w/ 2pair but he may call your raise
If he's a little reggy it's a call

Btw just think about his Preflop range .. he's in the SB OOP and is tight .. he doesn't seem like a spewtard and he doesn't have a lot of 2 pair in his range. So it's almost always a fh. I even think if he bets pot it's a crycall

Either way make a note about his betsize
