Pretty much a way ahead/way behind situation.

You could consider raising flop or turn, but have to fold to shove imo.

Wouldn't 7$ 4bet preflop be an option vs this opponent? 4bet-fold? Or it's bad because I can play my whole range like that?

4-bet/fold is bad, because you have so much equity even against his 5-betting range with JJ. You can 4-bet/call or take a flop in position, both is fine.
Same with postflop: If I raise at some point, I raise for value so that he can shove in his unimproved AK/AQ, but you have to have a good read that he is over-aggressive.
