This guy seems like a loose passive type. I think you can defend like you would against a Cbet. Which means that you call the Turn with strong Jacks (KJ, maybe QJ), top pairs, and good draws like X:dX:d. Fold the rest. JT is pretty close here, against a half pot bet and a betting range which contains many semi-bluffs, calling could be pretty ok as well. Another close decision here, doesn't really matter what you do.
