during session i really didnt know how to adapt vs him, now i think that 3bet/call4b is the best option, and flatting his OR the second one

what do u think? he is 4betting really wide at all positions

If he is really 4betting that wide, then sqzueezing with the plan to jam over his 4bet should be very profitable.
Moreover, if he is going crazy postflop in 4betpots you can flat his 4bet and call down postflop on most boards. ( I prefer to have concrete reads and/or stats before I'm doing this )

You should check his foldto Squeeze stat.
If he is that aggressive I do not mind squeezing. Just calling is not ok OOP in a MW pot.

do u think that jam is more +EV than flatting?

i mean, the EV of jamming is just F.E cause he wouldnt stak off worse hands

Jam AK it still does OK against the range that calls and there is a lot of money to win preflop. U can call hands like AQ, AJs that dominate Ax bluffs and play well postflop BUT ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO STACK OFF PREFLOP!!!!!
