I think that he is never folding the turn, so making a 3 barrel bluff is burning money.

How many combos of valuebets do you have on the river? What other bluffs besides flushdraws do you get to the river with?
Generally flushdraws arent very good to 3barrel bluff since you block combos out of your opponents river folding range - so i would tend to use 7x combos in this hand to bluff river with.

Merits of checking flop back

-nl25 player never put's u on flush if u hit on turn
-we realize equity and avoid getting raised on flop that hit's villain range pretty well
-we can always call any turn vs. standard betsize
- x back looks like some A-high or small pocketpair so we often gain 2 streets from bluffs once we hit

852cc hits the bb range well? If he calls any Ahi, any pair + any gs+ we have 40% fe agaisnt a reasonably tight bb callingrange
If he floats that wide we also have autoprofit on a turnbarrel (most likely)

What are you betting here if you checkback this hand?
I would agree w your reasoning if we had a ATcc hand since this also has some sd-value

In these positions we also have a lot of worse flushes in our range we can bet. Poker is villain dependent game so I would say the more tight passive our opponent is the better it becomes to semibluff and bluff him. The more he x-raise bluffs and 2- or 3-barrels the better it becomes to x-back.
