I really doubt a competent opponent plays QQ+ 3 streets with huge bets on a dry flop 3way. It is not balanced but i see myself folding the river. Our odds are really not that great.

I don't think KK+ could be completely ruled out. If you put half of the combos KK+ call is still OK. I mean something like this:

JJ,99,AdAh,AdAs,AdAc,KdKh,KdKs,KdKc

Who says he is competent? From your opponent's perspective, SD & BDFD missed and you could be calling down with TP or OESD. A point could be made that he has in his range KQhh/QThh or an overpair, however I do believe that he mostly has sets here. I see that you call cause he looks v strong and you're hoping that he shuts down OTR. TBH I may call river as well, depending on how the session goes on this particular day - may be a bad decision but at least you get to make a note of his sizing and how he acts when he has top set for example and you'll be able to adjust in the future

Are we going to raise at some point?

I think we could potentially raise the turn, but I believe calling is still fine. On the river, given how we played it, I think calling is not terrible because we don't have enough sample on MP that we should conclude he is not doint that with QQ+.

Why do you call pre if this is not a super easy calldown?
(Assuming that you do not want to raise for value on flop or turn)

I call pre, because Sb is fish, otherwise it would be a fold.

It is ok to call that hand vs MP open.
It is not ok if you have a heavy squeezer on the blinds.

PP in that spot are generally going to be very marginal calls
With the recreational in the blinds its certainly okayish
