I would call with 22-99, suited connectors that is 98s or higher and something like A9s-ATs and AJo-AQo.
The better hands I would 3 bet and the rest I would fold against a unknown.

I'm definitely calling or folding there, leaning towards calling since it's probable many other fish will call behind, in particular the first few hands can be a call fest, giving you real nice double up potential if you hit. I completely disagree 3 betting is an option here, in particular from mp, fish tend to go crazy in the first hand of the tourney at these buyin levels, no point in wasting chips 3 betting and having to fold to a fish shipping. I play a couple of these every day. I think calling with draw hands when the blinds are low and the cost is low gives more value then playing aggressive with them at this buyin level. Maybe in the mid phase of the tournament getting more aggressive pre and post flop pays off.
