SB: $16.46 (102.9 bb)
BB: $20.15 (125.9 bb)
UTG: $20.46 (127.9 bb)
Hero (MP): $18.12 (113.3 bb)
CO: $18.90 (118.1 bb)
BTN: $16.44 (102.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 6 7
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.48, 3 folds, BB calls $0.32

Flop: ($1.04) 4 4 5 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.64, BB calls $0.64

Turn: ($2.32) K (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $1.44, BB calls $1.44

River: ($5.20) J (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $2.88, BB calls $2.88

Preflop: I usually open this from the MP.

Flop: Hit OESD and backdoor FD, so decided to cbet.

Turn: Great scare card, so with the FE and equity I have, decided to cbet again.

River: I missed, but I believe he will fold busted flushdraws, 5x and TT-66, so I fired 3rd barrel. I think I should make it a bit bigger.

BB: 36/27/0/11 (VPIP/PFR/FtFlopCB/H)

After the turn call you should not bet again on river.

River is a must bet. You are literally at bottom of your range, 7hi is never good here and you enough fold equity, as you said you can fold out some busted fd + probably TT-66.
He can have some KcXc, and few JcXc ( like AcJc ), so you don't want to bet very big, I like your sizeing, I would play the same way.
