QJs flops TP & SFD

SB isn’t in the pot here. Also I miss stats of the UTG limper.

I would raise a little bit bigger on a passive table in position to isolate the UTG player. As played I would stack off with top pair and a straight and flush draw. So even if you’re behind against him you have 12 outs (9 flush outs and 3 extra 9’s) to win the hand.

Given villains stack size and your stack size putting him allin and calling behind are equally good options. If you ship, you have outs plus fold equity vs. a random donk bet. Calling behind isn't a mistake though. If you don't hit on the turn and the board has worsened for your hand you could consider folding if he ships his remaining 4K into the 6K pot that would have been created if you called behind. The other factor to take into account is that he donks pot, so he's showing some serious strength, straight, two pair or trips basically, and against two pair or trips even if you hit your flush you might loose to a boat, and against a made straight he already has one of your outs for straight, so it's possible you don't have as much equity as you think here.

Preflop it`s fine hand to isolate. UTG has open some hands too so by isolating I don`t think we have to too often fear that we sometimes isolates ourself against AQ or AJ. Other option is to limp behind with hand that flops well. I quite don`t like the sizing though. I would prefer it to 700-750. This exact sizing seem to be something that some people come up because they happen to like that number.

On flop I`m happily going in with TP+straightfd. Against, lets say half pot lead, I would raise-call 3bet shove but now when hero face pot size lead it`s easy just shove and get it in. I don`t believe BB is ever folding with this betsize.
