ok, i will tell you some good points that tell about his play, i am surprised you dont know this :
when somone calls a raise then calls a 3bet they are usually weak players
besides that...his vpip is 70%, PFR=0%

Probably because his VPIP is 72 and his PFR is 0 over those 39 hands.

When I see post on top of the forum where someone is called a fish in the title, I automatically assume there should be a good reason.
And what do I see inside...39 hands on ''fish'',no showdown,and only questionable play is made by hero,timing out on the river is the fishiest thing in this hand, accidentally or not.
Flatcall/call 3bet? Completely fine-he is in position 200 BB deep headsup,any hand he flatcalled is a call here(there was no showdown which means no evidence of bad flatcall)

this is very uncomfortable to play this deep, there is just no way you can set up a turn shove at this stack depth, and you are oop and will rarely get a comfortable runout. as it happened, i like betting flop and turn, and river i would normally call, though when he says he has A6 that makes me very worried

Yeah all you have to do is play 28/39 hands without raising. You're right, this guy is probably Phil Ivey.

Let me tell you that a little reckless isolating and a little spewey c-beting style, this gets the money in NL holdem.
Strong players do this even if they are not aware.
I did it at nl5 and i was not aware of it. Now i am aware of this and i am expecting to crush !

Flop you have to plan better the sizings, either you want 3 streets and therefore bet smaller, or you want to get it in on the turn, and in that case you bigger flop and shove safe turns (not this one).

I'd probably go ~1.50$ flop.

I missed the freaking deepstack detail

Then it's a lot tougher to say. We kinda need to decide if we want play for stacks here vs the fish on safe runouts (which are not a lot). Since there's a lot of bad turns and rivers that force us to check (and we are OOP in a deep pot), I think we do better by keeping the pot smaller. So I'd still make that 1.30-1.50$ bet on the flop.
