for me , what looks fishy in this hand is your betsizing

your opponent is very tight. I think his range has better Aces than you, and pocket pairs.
vs his range i think we can get one value bet and that is it.
This means turn bet has no reason since he either has better A or floats you with a medium to high pair but since flop bet was so small we level ourselves and think he might call weaker hands on flop because of small bet (we need to avoid this).
On turn, flush came in so we bet ... problem is that if he has A high flushdraw, his kicker is mostly better
In this case i think it would be better to x/c turn and x/f river

Another aspect is that we dont need to cbet this flop because if he has a lower pair, it is unlikely he outdraws us.
so we can x/c flop and x/f turn if he bets again
