Just fold turn, not sure what's your question there.

I have 5 outs to improve and it could be a blocking bet with a 6x or 3x, maybe we could call turn and raise any river without improve.

he has 39% wwsf and he likes to go to sd instead of bluffing you all the time
he does not fold to cbet so your flop cbet is spew

Flop is an okay cbet, since villain has a very wide range pre a very small bet works good, makes him fold air that has equity and we do okay against continuing range.

As played I don't think villain floats flop wide enough, nor does he look aggro enough for you to bluffcatch turn. That plan of yours calling turn to raise river seems to me way too spewy against a passive honest player.
