with this stats from bb i raise flop and try to get it in on the turn
as played at least raise turn . you have the best hand almost always against him and you dont wanna see a club a q or a j

preflop is fine,
his flopdonkbet is strange, I would raise it since he could have FD or FD+pair so he has outs and you dont want him to draw cheap.
as played I would raise turn since you are still often ahead against a draw or a pair+draw
river easy call but fold to a reasonable (larger) bet, he wont bet a hand that you beat on the river. Even if his riverbet looks incredible weak and he might not have a Q or a J of clubs, he will too often call even a club below T when you bluff the river.
