He has A4, random 2pairs, right? I'm against that or pure bluffs if I call, I think no fish donks with Tx or 8x that don't have 2pair.... right?

Hi Volrath, I agree he has A4 or 46, even with 2 pair fish tend to check call still, its still in the donking range, did you fold?

With that line I prefer folding.

Agree, looks like a fold ... doubt he would do that with a worse Tx hand ... many twopairs in his range, I see that even 23s is possible on the river with that line for him :f_biggrin:

Limp/caller can wake up with wide range of 2p+combinations. :)

We get quite good odds here to call though. Why such a small flop bet btw ? Quite small on the turn too but I know maybe you don't want to build a huge pot with just a T. Vs calling stations TPTK feels like the nuts though so bet bigger on the flop :)

Well I tend to do that on MW pots, a lot of times. Several things can happen: 1) someone can raise and another call or reraise in which case I'm sure my TPTK is bad and have an easy fold w/out much money invested 2) some weaker hands which otherwise would have folded might call 3) everybody folds and it's ok since in a MW pot you never have that much equity so it's ok to grab the pot on the flop (# 3 is what happens more often).

Of course sometimes I give good odds for villains to suck out on me, like on this hand, and maybe in this hand it would have been better to just bet normal, we were only 3-way and my hand was good enough for a bigger bet. But, with say JTo, I like my bet sizing on the flop.

The rest of the hand:

I agree with betting smaller multi-way, but I usually wouldn't go under 1/2. As the hand is played, I think it's better to fold the river.

i tried to give ranges for villain and i dont see myself folding there.
since he can end up having AK , A8,A5, QJ there are too many air combos he can have to fold to a half pot bet.

If you bet TPTK so small, what is your cbet bluff size here?
