Zooming and the opponents are unknown.
Pre-flop, nothing special and nothing to change.
OTF, I have an overpair but I'd be trailing any Qx. AQ and KQ, suited an non-suited, are in the villain's pre-flop calling range, even though he might be also raising with them pre-flop. Also QJs and something donkish stuff can be found there, this is NL5. I don't see value in betting the flop, especially when it's dry. Only an ace would be the turn card that is bad for me.
OTT, the turn card makes spade draws and some straight draws possible. The villain bets smaller than the half of the pot, which I don't really understand. Despite the small bet size, I just call, even though I would get value from draws, but would not love to see aggression after having raised, because we'd be drawing to two outs in WAY too many situations.
OTR, the five of spades completes many straight and flush draws and the opponent bets again, this time a half of the pot. My hand beats nothing in his value range, but we'll need to be right only every fourth time to make this call profitable and I call. Concerning our opponent' value range, I can see him playing completed flush draws this way, even though the bet sizing is stupid. I don't represent to have a full house anywhere, so if I were him, assuming to have the best hand with the flush would be correct in most cases. He would have been checking a Qx hand OTF and then two barreling but again, the bet sizing would've been bigger.
Also, the bet sizing suggests that the opponent is not the strongest possible and might misplay something that I beat, anyway the overpair KK is, I think, appropriately strong hand for this pot.
