I wonder if I could raise flop or turn here and in that case, how to handle the river?

In theory you don't wanna raise on the turn in this specific hand, because his range is much stronger than yours. Your range mostly contains bluffcatchers with few nutted hands.
Your strongest hands in this situation are QJs, 99/TT which is 10 combo, while your opponent has all the QJ, and sets which is 25combo.
As a default gameplan I would call with my entire continuing range, sure if you have good reads on your opponent you might think raising hands on the turn.

Imho this is the best combo to bluff in sto board: you have blocker straight set and two pair and in your range there are all QJo+ 1-2 QJs

yeah this is a great hadn to raise on the flop as pisatttu said

If you ahve all QJo then it's mandatory.

If you don't then the spades combo makes it a good one to raise on the turn.

If you raise the turn a good rule of thumb for handling your bluffs without thinking on the river is to just bomb it 1/3 of the time. You can use your clock, flip a coin or whatever.

Personally I dont like raising the flop as there are not many cards I can continue with on the following streets and I think most of the time the player will cbet/call this board at least once. I have too few equity to raise it I suppose.
