9 players post ante of 125, Hero posts SB 500, BB posts BB 1,000

Pre Flop: (pot: 2,625) Hero has K♣:K♦:

fold, UTG+1 raises to 2,000, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 6,000, fold, UTG+1 calls 4,000

Flop: (14,125, 2 players) J♥:A♣:6♣:
Hero checks???, UTG+1 bets 14,125, Hero ???

I think that the pre-flop raise is standard.
I have had intended to check/call, but the pot-sized bet put me off.

Should I have CBet as bet/fold?
After the pot-size bet, do I fold or call?. I think I'll rule out shove on my own :)

I would personally bet fold on the flop, because the board is pretty wet and I don’t think he would raise with less than an Ace or strong flush draw.

As played his pot size bet is weird. Without reads I would fold. He looks pretty passive so far and if you call you invest a decent amount of your stack here.

Cheers,

Why check/call, even if he would bet around 50% of the pot, do you really think he coud have anything less than Ax? ?(
If you would not have Kc, then yes, maybe Kc Jc, Kc Qc, but now I dont see anything less than Ax

Yep i'd just b/f you sometimes get 1 street from Jx, f/ds from pretty spewy p/f calls and you fold out some air. The problem with checking is that you allow him to put your hand becomes face up and you just get pressured so hard.

There are better hands for your check call range, that block his value range.
