I would recommend following Lemons coachings case he is running similliar course.
With blue hands u raise even if there is a limper however with blue/yellow u can call vs open raise on the BB.....hope it make sense....

in the meantime I figured out what I didn't understand... I forgot, that by definition, in the BB the only time you can act, is if someone raised or limped before you...and because under the BB handchart was no information about how much you should raise, as under all the other handchartes, I got a little bit confused.
But I got it now...the red hands you raise 4BB+1BB/limper or if there was a raise before you, you re-raise 3.5 times; the blue hands you raise 4BB+1BB/limper if there were no raise just limping before you; the yellow and blue hands you raise 4BB+1BB/limper if just limping before you or if someone raised before you from the CO, BU or SB to at most 4 BB and has at least 50 BB in his stack, you call, and the yellow hands you just call under the already described circumstances.
