totally agree. Stacking is better.

If you think you are ahead on the flop then stack off on the flop. I don't see fish having any complete bluffs and will probably continue with all his x/r range.

I see him doing this with FDs and he has them almost all, so stacking off on the flop vs. the short stack is better imo.
