Referred but no bonus

I just checked this for you. It seems your friend hasn't gotten any StrategyPoints yet so far. You'll start getting money for your friend's play once he has collected his first StrategyPoint. The same applies to the SNG tickets, if this is what you were referring to - once your friend has earned 1 StrategyPoints, we will try to credit the SNG tickets to your account as soon as possible.

Well if MD is Maryland, then the answer is that the starting capital is not available to residents of the US. I'm guessing it isn't though, because it wouldn't even be offered.

So the best advice I can give is to create a customer support ticket (go to bottom of that page) and give them all the details you can.
