I tried to register tonight on the "PokerStrategy Daily Freeroll" and gues what... after entering the password... the program told me:

A problem has occurred while trying to register for this tournament, please contact the customer support for more details.

I said: "OK NO PROBLEM"... I contacted an online operator and he told me that... there is nothing they can do about this... because "it's a freeroll of PokerStrategy... you should contact them, not us"...

they treat there customers very nice

At first i thought that the password i entered was wrong... but i asked another PS member and he confirmed that the password was ok X(...

what could be the problem...

P.S. I didn't use my mansion account since ONGAME

I am not sure what the problem could have been since I have not heard of this kind of error in particular. The capitalization of the password was correct?

The error message seems to indicate the problem to be of the kind that the support need to help you with. Strange that they didn't...
