Generally in these situations it would mean that Neteller may not service your country. You could always open a ticket with our customer support team.

Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.

Let me inject some logic. The fact that OP wants to use Neteller means that he already has a non-zero balance there and, moreover, has likely used it for gambling transactions.

I've made both gambling and non-gambling purchases with Neteller many times, and it definitely services Russia fully (even sends physical Net+ cards here), but I've just done a check for the sake of the thread and I wasn't offered Neteller as a payment option either for a status purchase - only Paypal, Skrill, cards and TaF.

The most likely reason is that PS-gy has chosen not to register with Neteller as a merchant.

I use Neteller for about 7 Years now. Have money on it. i have full Neteller access like any neteller account in europe.

Neteller is the best prepaid card by miles, like pokerstars is the best ob poker by miles.

Like you see i'm checked and i'm ok, neteller are checked and are ok, pokerstrategy are checked, and their buy status update failed.

Neteller is by miles better than skrill, and they already are the owner of skrill. SO why this random SKRILL prepaid card is there for years and is there alone now. like if skrill was is the best prepaid card.

i just think that pokerstrategy buy in status methods are so so old without any update for years.
