This is the first hand he played so far. So I would give him more credit than normal and fold this hand.
Also is A7o not a great hand to call with, because you will be often dominated against his shoving range.

You are dominated by any ace that he would shove and alot of pocket pairs. If we are calling, then we are basically hoping he have a hand like KQ, KJ, QJ that we only are a small favourite against. I think folding would be fine.

so vs a player who understands pushing ranges with is a standard call.
in this spot as villian is very tigh i would fold and pay attention on his further pushes.
if he get more agressive i would call the next time.
dont make the mistak and always fold in the bb with A7. it is very much villian dependent.
I think vs HJ it is normally a close fold, again villain dependent. In this case it is a clear fold as villain seems tight so give him credit and save your chips
