Hi,
Is that good to call down with TPTK or overpair on draw heavy Flop and Turn but blank River in low limit?
Appreciate if someone can help.

We can give a way better answer with a real example to focus on. So many factors can influence that a solid answer without none of them is hard.
Depends really much on villain, board, positions, stack sizes etc.. Can't give you any general advice.
Poker is a rich game, where every aspect are capable of changing what would be the right play.
Hero must provide as much info as he can. Positions, who is the PFA, who is calling, How did the action go on flop and turn...
With the actions, for example, the ranges in play ll change. And they ll match in different ways w different board textures.
JHTAN, after finding a similar hand with this question u wanna solve... post it here on forum so the guys ll give their advices ♠_thumbsup:

Not only this can vary....
It all depends on limit, stacks, positions, tendencies, preflop actions, postflop actions, info on villain, info on us.
By default, we should call just two streets with 1-pair hands, so river is a fold. Of course it depends on the exact situation and the exact villain.
