i downloaded full-tilt and follow the instructions . however after i created an account . there is no Opt-in window . and i dont know if i am being tracked or not . i already submitted an ID for verification . can anyone help ? i did not recieve the free tickets as the promotion says.

The best thing to do would be to open a ticket with our customer support team.
Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.
