Hi, has something change with import hands from HM2? Or still there's no way to do that?

Lalocaaaa you just click on a hand and use the 'save hard drive' option as a text file in HM2. No good?

Hi,

hands from HM2 generally work, but we can't guarantee that, as we noticed that sometimes the HM client does not save the files exactly as the original ones. In the future we might try to fix this.

Thanks

Hi,

if you refer to how to import hand histories in PokerSnowie, please refer to our tutorial video:

If you refer about how to save hands from HM, you should refer to their support and documentation.

Hi,

Would it be possible to change one of the opening sizes to 3x for one of the stakes in the challenges so that it would be possible to practice 6 max against snowie when it opens to 3x?

Hi,

unfortunately this is currently not possibile, but we have added your good suggestion to our features request list, which we review periodically.

Thanks

Yeah I understand it would probably require snowie knowing how to use the 3/4 pot size preflop wouldn't it.

Hi,

PokerSnowie's AI knows that, as the training was setup so that PokerSnowie would learn this as well, and also how to play if someone opens 3x for example. Therefore, the feature you are suggesting would require only UI job. We are evaluating some stuff around the Challenges, in order to make them a more complete training tool.

Thanks again

Why does it take so long to make a new AI update? The last one has been done almost 2 years ago. During this time you were promising the next update is coming soon, but the is still nothing.

Hi,

you are right, we promised an AI update during the 2015, which is going to be delayed for a few months. We wanted to address also other aspects before releasing, like the HU shallow stakes issue.

In the meanwhile we have been working on some important partnerships and projects, which you will come to know soon.

Thanks,

The shallow stakes is the update I'm especially looking forward.

Have you got any idea when the new update is planning to be released?

Hey, some feature requests: :)

- Viewing postflop ranges is kinda pain in the ass at the moment, is there a chance you could visualize ranges in a 13x13 matrix with a popup window for suits when hovering over a combo?

- please add a 4 color deck (I think this essential feature has already been requested back in like 2014?)

- increasing the betsliding in the challenge window by 0,1bb instead of 1ct would be nice. It´s kinda annoying when you play at 1/2 Stakes and your bet gets increased by 1ct.

Thanks :)

Hi again,

I have yet another request for the future updates. I think it would be really cool if when you see the EV which Snowie thinks it has for a particular hand in a certain spot, that it would also show the overall EV of that spot given what Snowie's strategy is.

Basically all you would have to do is take the EV of every combination in Snowie's range and divid by the number of combinations that Snowie has at that moment.

This would be very useful in a number of different ways, and it wouldn't actually require new AI or a new type of software, just a division calculation that gets displayed.

I understand that this would require many EV calculations to be done at once but it would be an excellent feature for the intermediate or premium package at least.

Thanks

Can I use Pokersnowie on two computers?

For the moment I run the HM snowieapp trial. Can I run the standalone snowie trial after to compare? And is there any differences between?

Hi,

the SnowieAPP (Holdem Manager) and PokerSnowie are two independent procuts, using the same technology (the same AI). The evaluations will be always the same, besides a few situations which Holdem Manager decided to take out. But for more information about this, you should contact HM support and FAQ.

Thanks,
The PokerSnowie Team
