Is it profitable for this limit to resteal in this spot?

It’s only profitable spot to re-steal if he’s familiar with ICM and I expect most <$1 SNG players aren’t familiar with this. So I wouldn’t shove to wide in spots like this, but KQs I wouldn’t fold either without any info on him and the shove is fine here.
