Then, I think villain could have 4x in his calling range, something like A4s, K4s, or 45s. I don't think villain would raise weaker Ax. He is playing only one table, so he is playing only valueble hands. Not so good cards came at turn and river, but ugliest card would be:Qx: bcs I think villain is ahead from flop.

Look at his 3bet stats, if it is 0 and he is flatting a lot, I wouldn't be surprise that villain show even AA.

I like the fold on river. Villain raised flop and barrelled t and r so he is consistent in his story and our hand is not good for calling.

If you want to play exploitatively, then you should fold already on the turn. There you beat AJ only in a reasonably sensible range on part of a weak villain, and even those would usually not play AJ that way, but maybe AK and certainly 4x. Flush draws should not play that way on a paired board with an A against a UTG open, whether villain is weak or not.

That's true. The question is, are the odds we are getting a good reason to call a turnbet? I think AK can certainly be in his range and play this way. And I also agree that flushdraws are rather unlikely to check/raise the flop (we could have AA). Thus his check/raising range consists of either hands that have us beat already, and sometimes AQ or AJ. Pretty difficult spot :/

When there is a fish in BB, I would definitely open 3x.

On this flop, I would mincbet. His range is very wide, and he will miss this board a lot.
If he only calls, then I pot turn/river, to get max value from his weaker hands he didn't raise flop with (and I don't want to try to induce him further, after he didn't do it on the flop).
If he x/raises, I'm much more comfortable to call him down.

As played this is quite ugly, especially on the river, against an unknown fish I think I would make a crying call with AQ no spades, but I guess folding is fine as well, there is not much difference between folding and calling in terms of EV (meaning it won't have a big impact on your winrate anyway).
