I think both preflop call and turn bluff are bad for the very same main reason.
In position with fish in the pot with deep stacks, you can play as many hands as your postflop skills allow you to do. This can definitely include QJo. But the stacks are the opposite of deep here.
Bluffing turn targets a very small range of hands because you have top pair and need folds from overpairs. Two pair and flush draws aren't folding often because it is part of the calculation that UTG is a fish. Add to that that villain is pot-committed.
