Well, the cb-flop and cb-turn are pretty hight but you just have 77 hands so my first question would be:
How many times villian c-bet the flop and the turn. In 77 hands it could be that he was not that often in postflop situations. How many situations do you demand to take a state like this?

Hand sample is not that big to show if he is betting 3 streets.
Our hand is not good to call 3 streets.

The board hit BB's bottom stealrange pretty hard.
A straight could have been made by any villain.
The board is rainbow, so Hero has no outs to a flush.
A backdoor straight would not give Hero the nuts.

Assessing Hero's handstrength
The preflop call is most likely been made for setmining.
Hero didn't get his set on the flop, so basicly he should fold on the flop.
Hero has two outs to a monster.
However: Hero has a weak overpair. This could be the best hand for now. But overcards could come and threaten Hero's possible lead while he has about an 8%-chance to have improved on the river.

Decision to make
Does Hero want to protect his hand with a donkbet?
Does Hero want to play the Villain knowing he has been fairly aggressive in 77 hands?

Me, personally, I would have actually bet out on the turn with that type of board. And when the 3 comes on the river giving you a full house with an overpair to the board, I would have bet out in that spot too. But that's just me.

Usually you don't have 3 streets of value here so I would have folded OTR.
