a really tough spot. We could not push preflop after such a raise. I don't see us folding otf. I don't see raising too coz if he had a draw he would call with the given pot odds and if we raise big then we become too much committed to the pot. I think folding ott would be the best option since we avoid a difficult decision otr if he decided to bet all-in

Tough spot indeed. I think I would most probably play it the same way and fold the turn. Another good move though would be to re-raise the flop to 5 BBs and quit the hand if you see any further action from villain. That way you show strength representing a flush and you don't commit to the pot either.

I would most likely push pre-flop with the ante in play. I don’t see a reason why you can’t shove here accept ICM reasons. So if he called to wide on your shove for example, but that would be ICM suicide for him as well. Then you don’t need to worried about your post-flop game against the chip leader, because that could end ugly with the ICM in mind.
