Cbet or not and why? Villain plays 20/12 in 54 hands.
I think a cbet is good here since we can win the pot often right away because the board is pretty dry and there is an ace that fits our range well. If we allow villain to see more cards he may improve his hand while we have little chance to improve our hand ( 2 cards basically)
In position, into a check, on an ace high board, with a backdoor straight?
EZ 100% cbet, and probably two barrels, for me. The flop ticks all the boxes for a standard cbet. 2nd barrel depends on opponent profile.
I think a better question is, if not here, when? Not cbetting here puts your cbet range close to fit'or'fold - especially as against most villains ranges we are actually "fit" in this pot a good deal of the time even with 66.
with 66 it is a cbet for me, some other holdings i would x back on this particular board
How about we agree we would cbet this board with a get out of gaol free card from monopoly and a red reverse card from UNO?
