BTN: $15.59
SB: $5.02
Hero (BB): $6.29
UTG: $5.28
MP: $6.61
CO: $5.00

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is BB with A  A :diamond:
UTG raises to $0.15, 4 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, UTG calls $0.25

Flop: ($0.82) 5 :diamond: 3 :club: J  (2 players)
Hero bets $0.48, UTG raises to $1.06, Hero calls $0.58

Turn: ($2.94) Q :diamond: (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $1.40, Hero calls $1.40

River: ($5.74) T :spade: (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $2.42 all in, Hero calls $2.42

No stats, UTG (from China) is searchable and is playing single table zoom, his bets are fast while I'm tanking before calls.
Preflop: standard
Flop: the million dollar question for me - am I giving up my AA vs aggression here straight away or am I continuing and for how long. If i'm continuing it is pretty pointless to give up later. His range consists of hands JJ+ maybe some other trash, because I don't consider this player to be regular
Turn: again aggression, even though QQ beats us now I couldn't fold it because I called flop bet, in the hindsight I should have just gone all-in if I decided to continue with the hand?
River: eventhough AK gets here (can he have it?) I couldnt fold it, getting 1:4 pot odds.

If he was your standard regular I'd folded it by turn, but I considered him to be recreational. Any thoughts?

If he Insta raised on the flop I might shove otf.

3bet to 0.45.

As played what hands do you beat otr?

3b bigger preflop.
A raise on such a dry board can mean a set or overpair. QQ-KK may 4b preflop so we are vs sets...
Even the flop call can be too much but turn is a fold.

3bet to 0.50.

OTF villain raises on a dry flop, could be set or overpair. Calling is still ok I guess.
OTT is close. Maybe we should fold already there because QQ got a set too.
River is definitely a fold.

I think that we can't fold AA otf. If we fold Aces we are folding our whole range except sets(we dont 3bet small pairs so we would be folding almost always to a min raise otf in a 3b pot... So we would be only continuing with jacks) so villain can just auto profit A LOT by always min raising a dry flop in 3b pot which is really bad for us. And he is risking the minium with min raise.

I think that we can fold some QQ-KK and call with Aces + some QQ-KK.

If you call AA , then you call flop with KK-QQ too.

This is the second strongest hand you have otf - stack off.

I don't like stacking on flop because I wouldn't get value from weaker hands like it was the case in here. But mostly I agree with you, fold on turn or river would be standard vs regular player. This time I guess I was lucky with my gut call:

Spoiler

Final Pot: $10.58
Hero shows A  A :diamond:
UTG shows 4 :spade: 5 :spade:
Hero wins $10.14
(Rake: $0.44)

Lets imagine this situation:
We are UTG, villain 3bets us and cbets dry flop.

I see no reason for us to raise his cbet with overpairs. I think that is not so good move. I might raise only with sets. Maybe I'm wrong.
Here I assume that villains range is very strong and set heavy.

Here villain had 45s, which proves that he is a complete fish and I think he made a stupid move OTF. It would have been stupid even if he had QQ.
You can't know that villain is super fish and has that kind of hand and you shouldn't think about folding out his weaker hands like 45s. That is not standard.

Well we should take a note on villain and start to exploit.

Difficult to figure out exactly but you can probably call on the river because of the pot odds.

If you fold KK on the river then you will fold the river about 33% or so give or take depending of course on what your strategy is, but this should give your opponent reason to think you might fold enough to make a bluff profitable.

Also once in a while your opponent might have KK and thinks he has the best hand, maybe, but that's not the main reason for calling river.

As someone said already because the SPR is small after he raises at about 1.5 on the flop and you have the second best hand, if not the best hand in your range, you could also potentially reraise flop and just say that if he has JJ well then good for him, but again it's not clear if this is the better option for definite.

In fact since the ranges are so narrow and the SPR is so small you could probably plug the spot into a GTO solver, but even that would be based on many assumptions, so it's unclear. Either way gh.

Villain would often 4bet KK+. He has JJ and QQ in his range. We do not have to calculate if calling river is profitable because we should fold already OTT.

QQ-JJ are possible. Turn is a fold.

Hard to say at that limit... I could see myself sigh calling down against unknown.. seen people do some crazy shit like barrel Jx 3 streets regardless of board texture... not even sure if they think they are bluffing or betting for value.. I don't know if I blame someone for folding turn or river though.. not sure I would

Cmon.. We 3bet UTG opener so our range is tight. Villain raises our flop cbet. He isn't raising us with Jx if he is not a total fish. If we have no such info on villain, we should treat him as unknown and not start spewing money. Turn is a fold.

is JJ even a 3bet preflop in that position? BB vs UTG?

You are missing the action. Villain has JJ in his call3Bet range preflop.
